I'm back home safe.
The trip going home was not fun. My flight from Minneapolis going to Tokyo was delayed for 2 hours due to a technical problem. After waiting for 6 hours in the airport, the plane finally took off. The sad part of it came in when we reached Tokyo, there were no available flight going the the Philippines anymore. Northwest Airlines has to book us (with the rest of passengers that have connecting flights) to different hotels in Tokyo for the night and has to rebook us for another flight the next day. So... after spending a night in Japan, I was finally on a plane by 9:35 in the morning the next day. I reached Manila by 1:05 PM and has to travel for another 7 hours to Baguio City. Well.... it's nice to be home.
I would like to thank all the people at SCOLA for giving me the opportunity to learn so much. Thank you for a wonderful graduation party too.

Hi Beth!
I am sorry to hear you had problems on the way home. I'm glad you finally got there!
You missed the tornado on Sunday morning. It was a very fast developing storm that came through just after 2 am. It "touched down" and did some real damage in Millard (south and west of where you were). It looked like it was heading straight to SCOLA - but didn't. All here is fine with no damage.
I'm glad we had a chance to meet. I know you will be staying in touch with all of the people here at SCOLA.
Best,
Ric Marchio
