We did disc construction today.  Repairing the reflectors was really neat and fun.  I got to learn how reflectors were replaced and how a disc can also be repaired by using tools that were available.  It was a windy day but it was a real fun morning replacing all those reflectors.  Thanks t David, Dan and Spencer for sharing those knowledge to us.

We had lunch with Francis and Georganna.  Francis showed us the big trucks as well as the grain distribution center.  I was amazed with the weighing scale that they have... putting the whole truck in the scale was just something.  We got to meet Andy Ring and Jason.  Andy showed us his golf carts, bikes, volks and his harley too.  Seeing those organic chickens reminded me that I'm in the country side.

John walk us through the HRD operation with Georganna in the afternoon. I was able to get a glimpse of how they operate here in terms of human resources.  Georganna's  sharing was inspiring.

Brian and Dave oriented us in using the videocam afterwards.  The demos were informative, especialy with someone like me who never dares to hold one (My husband would normally do all the video recording back home) .

Our last training day was great. ... a real hands-on too.  Thank you SCOLA for everything that you have shared to me and the rest of the group. It was really uplifting to know that SCOLA is there to connect people and cultures together.
