We left the hotel with John at 8:30 am and we started at 9:00. We started Project production with Michael, Joe, Spencer and Brian. We were split into 3 groups of 2 people each. We did alternate in different departments : Newspapers, Video Encoding and People and Places. We saw how foreign newspapers are scanned, named and uploaded to the SCOLA website and how photos are named in order to be uploaded to the SCOLA website. At noon we had lunch at Dew Drop Inn.

At 1:00 pm, we saw how OnStreets Videos are encoded with Brian, and soon after we saw how to edit videos using QuickTime Pro with Leslie and Melody .

At 3:00, we met Ric who showed us how Insta-Class service works and explained us how it is produced.

We left SCOLA with John who dropped some of us to the hotel and drove others to BestBuy and Wal*Mart (thank you John for your kindness and your time for us).
