Today has been quite a busy day !!! We arived at SCOLA to meet some little showers of rain or showers of blessings while we had our lessons on Satellite manipulation from Steve. Wonderful exposition. He simplified the whole complex technology into very simple language we all could understand. I really enjoyed it so much. Then followed the usual Staff Meeting and we were part of this frank discussion of issues of SCOLA and how to fix them, in a frank and open manner. Good to take stock of the week's events and plan the way forward.  Immediately,  we had to meet Ric for an Insta Class lesson and he quickly wanted to know what a zip file contained, what a UTF8 meant, the number of languages so far on Insta-Class SCOLA project. He explained to us the main components of the insta-class - ie transcript, translation, video player, audio player, insta-class info, downloads, etc. He gave us a test/ an assigment. Oh ! its hands-on and its good this way because you get to learn to do it yourself and not watch the tutor.
